As a successful slimmer and someone who has maintained their target weight for over a year, I have built up an in-depth knowledge of weight maintenance information and lots of hints and tips, which I would like to share with you. Perhaps you have been successful in losing a certain amount of weight, but are having problems with getting off the last half a stone or so. Perhaps you feel that your current exercise routine isn’t working for you and you need a change. Or perhaps you simply need some tips and advice on maintaining your weight loss.
